“If I could do absolutely anything I wanted, what would it be?” This is the question I asked myself in the early days. As a mom of 2 young kids having recently left the corporate world the answer to that question came immediately—I absolutely loved leadership development and wanted to help women who were lacking an objective and honest voice that would help them in their career.
Before starting my coaching and consulting business in 2016, I worked for Google, Travelocity, Sabre, Travel Leaders Corporate, and some awesome startups. My corporate experience combined with my love for human growth became the foundation for my business.
However, like the individuals and businesses I work with, my path to success wasn’t linear. My biggest obstacle to building an impactful business was myself. I needed to do the work, so I hired my own coaches, went to many seminars, and read all the books. My personal journey is why I am fiercely passionate about what I do. I want to help people step into a better life, personally and professionally.
Now I apply my real-world experiences in the workplace and in my courses. Certified in StrengthsFinder, Situational Leadership, and countless hours on various topics on human behavior and mindset, all combined with my passion, I help individuals and teams meet their professional and personal potential.
